The service
YMAZ connects riders with independent, verified drivers. Drivers provide the transport; YMAZ provides the platform, payments, safety features and support.
Your account
- Sign in with a mobile number you own and keep your OTP private.
- Give correct details. Drivers must keep documents valid.
- We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or unsafe behaviour.
Fares and payment
The fare for a package is shown before you book. Extra time or distance, tolls, parking and cancellation charges are shown in the app. Prices on this website are samples and may differ from the app.
VIP Family Club
Card terms, including price, validity, free ride limits and the city it covers, are shown when you buy the card and form part of these terms.
Safety and conduct
Treat drivers, riders and cabs with respect. Misuse of SOS, harassment or damage can lead to account suspension and may be reported to the police.
Liability
We work to keep the service safe and available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted. Our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the date of the last change. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at our registered office having jurisdiction.
